冲击式采煤机传动系统的仿真研究
Study on the driving system simulation of impact coal cutter
【摘要】 在单自由度机械等效力学模型的基础上 ,对冲击式采煤机机械传动系统进行了详细分析 ,建立了冲击式采煤机传动系统动态分析模型 ,编制了动态仿真软件 ,通过输入采煤机各种运行状态下的工作参数 ,对采煤机运行工况进行了仿真 ,进而对冲击式采煤机传动系统的关键部件的可靠性进行了分析 ,给出了合理的功率匹配方式 .研究表明 ,使用冲击式采煤 ,可大大降低采煤机的截割功率 .应用该仿真软件 ,给冲击式采煤机的设计和优化提供了方便、快捷的手段 .
【Abstract】 Based on the equivalent mechanics model of single freedom machinery,it is analyzed detaily that machine driving system of the impact coal cutter, the dynamic analysis model of the driving system is set up, the visual software of dynamic simulations is worked out. When working parameters of the machine are inputted, the working states can be simulated. The results showed that the machinery cutting power can be reduced markedly in using this impact cutting coal.
