【摘要】 目的:探讨带蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣Ⅰ期修复尿道下裂的效果。方法:应用带蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣形成尿道,皮瓣的宽度一般为:儿童1.2～1.6cm,成人1.6～2.0cm;长度为阴茎伸直后从阴囊根部至龟头的长度。结果:本组26例,2例尿道口局部坏死,痂下愈合;1例尿道外口狭窄。结论:应用该方法Ⅰ期修复尿道下裂效果好、并发症少,不失为一种较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of the operation in which the scrotal septal vascul ar pedicle flap was used to repair the hypospadias in one stage.Methods:There were 26cases who had different kinds of hypospadias.The urethra wa s formed by the scrotal septal vascular pedicle flap.The wi dth of the flap in children was 1.2～1.6cm,and that in adults was 1.6～2.0cm.The length of the flap was from the balanus to the root of thescrotum.Results:Two of 26cases had local nicrosis in t he distally part of the flap,and reac hed subcrust healing.One of them had the meatal or urethral stenostomia.23c ases obtained satisfactory effects and had no any complica-tion.Conclusion:The result proved that this technique is an ideal,simple and effective me thod.[更多还原
