新型牙科可切削陶瓷材料的研究
STUDIES ON A NEW TYPE OF DENTAL NACHIN ABLE CERAMIC
【摘要】 目的:研制一种新型的牙科可切削陶瓷材料,并对其性能进行研究。方法:研制得到新型玻璃陶瓷,用X射线衍射分析玻璃陶瓷的晶相成分,并测试其强度。结果:得到了含钙云母的新型玻璃陶瓷,其三点抗弯强度为210.2MPa。结论:新型陶瓷材料具有较好的临床应用前景。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop and study a new type of dent al machinable ceramic.Methods:A new type of glass -ceramic was developed and its crystal contents were analyzed by x -ray diffraction an alysis(XRD).Moreover,the strength of the material was recorded.Results:A new type of calcium -mica -containi ng glass ceramic was developed and hi gh strength of 210.2MPa was recorded.Moreover,high light transmittance of 30-40%was reached.And further studies showed its better machinability than the dental machinable ceramic of Vita MKⅡ.Conclusion:The new type of machinable ceramic has potential application in clinic dentistry.
