【摘要】 目的 研究前列腺增生症合并膀胱肿瘤的治疗方法。方法 同期肿瘤切除+前列腺摘除23例,肿瘤切除+膀胱造瘘术3例,全膀胱切除1例,TURBT2例。结果 随访2月～13年,6例复发,3例死于远处转移,1例死于其它原因,1例至今才随访2月,1例失访。无1例发生前列腺窝、后尿道及切口肿瘤种植。结论 同期行膀胱肿瘤切除+前列腺摘除或膀胱肿瘤切除+膀胱造瘘术,可达到解除尿路梗阻、降低肿瘤复发率的作用,且发生前列腺窝、后尿道及切口肿瘤种植的机会极小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapy methods of BPH complicating bladder tumor. Methods Simultaneous resection of bladder tumor and prostate was performed in 23 cases. Excison of a bladder tumor and cystostorny in 3 cases .radical cystectomy in 1 case and TURBT in 2 cases. Results Following up 2 monthes to 13 years, 6 cases has rumor recurrence ,3 died of metastasis,1 died of other reason. There was no neoplasm implantation of prostate pit, posteriori urethra and incision. Conclusion Simultaneous resection of bladder tumor and prostate or excision of a bladder tumor and prostectomy can relieve urethrophraxis, reduce the recurrence of bladder tumor and the chance of implantation in the prostate pit,posterior urethra and incision.更多还原
