那氏778诱导剂浸种对冬小麦生长发育及产量的影响

【摘要】 以清水浸种为对照 ,进行了那氏 778诱导剂浸种浓度、浸种时间与浸种温度的对比试验。研究表明 ,浸种后小麦出苗期延迟 ,但出苗后其生育进程加快 ,比对照提前或同期成熟 ;适宜浓度的那氏 778诱导剂浸种能促进小麦分蘖 ,增加单株次生根数 ,改善其个体发育状况 ,提高成穗数 ;浸种后小麦叶片的叶绿素含量显著提高 ,绿叶功能期延长 ,净光合强度提高 11.3%~ 38.1% ,以高浓度浸种尤为明显 ;浸种后的小麦株高降低 ,穗粒数增加 ,千粒重提高 ,产量增加。同一浸种浓度下 ,浸种时间越长效果越明显 ,且以较高的浸种温度 (5 0℃ )效果最为显著。本试验条件下 ,以浓度为 1∶80、浸种 5h、浸种温度为 5 0℃的处理效果最佳

【Abstract】 Experiments on the concentration, time and temperature of seed soaking in Nas 778 induce in contrast with seed soaking in pure water were made. Compared with controls, the growth of treated seeds was delayed in emergence time, but was fast in the late development processing. The mature time of them was no later than the late controls. Seed soaking in Nas 778 induce at optimal concentration could promote tillering, increase secondary root per plant, improve individual development condition and raise the rate of spike bearing; The content of chlorophyll in leaves was significantly raised; functional period of green leaves was prolonged. Net photosynthetic rate (NAR) was raised by 11.3% to 33.1%. The results were especially obvious when the seeds were soaked in higher concentration. The height of wheat plant was decreased, while grain number per ear, thousand grain weight and yield were increased. The effect was more significant as the seed soaking time prolonged, moreover the 50℃ was best one. The treat of 1∶80 seed soaking conceutration, 5 h seed soaking time and 50℃ seed soaking temperature had the best effect in the test.
