基于可编程控制器的真空磁力控制站测控系统程序设计
Program Design of Measurement and Control System for Vacuum Magnetic Switchgear Based on PLC
【摘要】 介绍了以可编程控制器为控制核心的真空磁力控制站测控系统的控制原则、技术要求及各种保护功能,阐述了监控程序和各功能模块程序的设计方法并绘制了其流程图,针对编程过程中遇到的问题提出了具体解决方案,分析了影响测控系统正常工作的干扰因素并制定了相应的软件抗干扰措施。磁力控制站的初步运行表明:该测控系统配合本文介绍的应用程序具有传统测控系统无法比拟的实用性、可靠性和安全性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,controlling principle,technical requirement and protective functions of measurement and control system for vacuum magnetic switchgear based on PLC is introduced,also the design methods of monitor routine and functional module programs with flow charts and the specific solutions for the problems come up against in the course of program designing.In addition to this,interference factors affecting the nor-mal operation of measurement and control system are analyzed and the relevant interference protection mea-sures of software are worked out.From the preliminary operation of magnetic switchgear it can be proved that the measurement and control system applied with the application programs which are introduced in the paper indicates more utilizable,reliable and safe than other traditional like systems.
