六方料一次拉拔成型模设计

【摘要】 分析了六方料的拔制工艺,通过试验 ,成功采用凸、凹式拔丝模一次成型六方料 ,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 The ordinary technological process for drawing the hexahedron block was analyzed. Through experiments, the hexahedron block was formed successfully by a single drawing with the punch_matrix_typed drawing die. Good results were obtained.
