【Abstract】 A functional-component-based hierarchical assembly model was put forward based on modern design theories and on the knowledge of the actual design process for stamping dies. The working mode of the stamping-die CAD system based on this assembly model was introduced and the method for dealing with the design information of different level in the design of the dies was stated. An example of designing a functional component was given to show how to design the stamping die based on the assembly model.更多还原
