【Abstract】 Effects of penicillion and Ca 2+ on the germination of aged cotton seed were studied. The results showed that some characteristics were improved with the suitable concentration of penicillin and Ca 2+ , such as germination percentage and index, vigour index, activity of pexoxidase(POD)and the length of seedling. Among all the treatments, 0.03% penicillin plus 0.07% Ca 2+ is the best combination.更多还原
