织物中经纬纱线特数的自动识别技术
Automatic Recognization of Warp & Weft Count in Cloth
【摘要】 介绍了基于织物图像的经纬纱特数测试方法。该方法采用间接测量 ,即计算机图像分析得到的是织物中经纬纱线的投影直径 ,再由投影直径在考虑纱线压扁系数、织物毛羽等因素的情况下换算成纱线特数 ,经特数圆整即可得到经纬纱特数。在织物紧度不大、纱线存在间隙时 ,采用该方法测得的纱线特数准确、稳定
【Abstract】 The test method based on fabric image is introduced, and it is a indirect test method. The projected diameter of warp and weft is obtained with the computer image analysis, and the projected diameter is converted into yarn count in consideration of the factors such as flattening coefficient, fabric hairiness etc., after correction the count of warp and weft is gained at last. On condition that the fabric has low tightness, and there are gaps between the yarns, so the result is accurate and stable with this method.
