【摘要】 针对现有纺纱生产过程中半制品和制品均匀度检测系统存在的检测精度低、反馈速度慢、调节工艺参数复杂等缺陷 ,提出了采用电容式传感器检测纺纱半制品均匀度的方法 ;并就此方法中存在的输入输出特性呈非线性曲线的缺陷 ,提出了采用计算机通过软件方式加以修正的设想 ,并给出了相应的计算机控制系统框图及程序流程图更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the problems of low accuracy, slow speed of feedback and the complexity of regulaton processing parameters of evenness detection system for semi products and finished products, the method of using capacitance type sensor to detect the evenness of semi products was put forward. Thus point to the defect that the input and output characteristics taking on nonlinear curve, the idea of using computer software to correct the result is introduced, block chart and program flow diagram of computer control system are provided.更多还原
