【Abstract】 Single fibre strength CV value of rotor yarns for different purposes are analyzed. The relationship between the ratio of material blending, yarn count and single fibre strength CV value, the influence of combing key parts such as combing roller,rotor of rotor spinning machine on strand strength CV value are discussed. The correlation between single fibre strength CV value and the twig, slugs, thin places, yarn faults is closely related. single fibre strength CV value is an important index of assessing rotor yarn quality. Processing and equipments should be controlled to perfect yarn quality and to reduce the single fibre strength CV value during production processing.更多还原
