基于ZnO结瘤下SiC塔盘导热性能研究探讨
Study on and Discussion about Heat Conduction Capability of SiC Tray due to ZnO Agglomeration
【摘要】 为了研究韶关冶炼厂铅塔燃烧室SiC塔盘的外壁在存在ZnO结瘤层下的导热性能 ,根据ZnO结瘤层的不同厚度 ,并结合对塔盘的热工测试 ,对铅塔燃烧室烟气向ZnO结瘤层的外表面的辐射传热以及通过ZnO结瘤层导入塔盘内的热量进行了详细的分析和推导 ,结果发现 :随着ZnO结瘤层的增加 ,ZnO结瘤层外表面的温度升高 ,而沿ZnO结瘤层传入塔盘内的热量急剧减少。当ZnO结瘤层厚度为 3 0mm时 ,传入塔盘内的热量为未结瘤时的 3 0 3 4%。这种情况将在很大程度上减少锌蒸气的产量以及降低锌蒸气的质量
【Abstract】 In order to study heat conduction capability of SiC tray due to ZnO agglomeration in combustion chamber of lead column in Shaoguan Smelter CNNC,Radiation heat transfer from smoke in combustion chamber of lead column to the surface of ZnO agglomeration and heat conduction transferred into SiC tray via ZnO agglomeration are analyzed and deduced particularly according to different thickness of ZnO agglomeration and measure about heat case of SiC tray The result shows that,with the increase of ZnO agglomeration,the temperature on the surface of ZnO agglomeration rises,but the quantity of heat transfered in tray via ZnO agglomeration reduces rapidly When thickness of ZnO agglomeration is 30mm,the quantity of heat transfered in tray is as 30 34% as without ZnO agglomeration The problem about ZnO agglomeration The problem about ZnO agglomeration will decrease the output of zinc smoke and bring down the quality of Zine smoke
