逆向工程多块三维离散数据点云数据点云的STL重构
Reversing surface STL format file from many blocks of 3D discrete data cloud
【摘要】 逆向工程中为了获取被测物体不同方位的表面信息 ,通常采用多次测量的方法。提出了一种基于点位法的数据转换对齐方法 ,通过重复测量三个基准点 ,求出坐标变换矩阵 ,实现多次测量数据的对齐。提出了一种基于扫描线数据点云的STL重构算法。
【Abstract】 In reverse engineering, in order to acquire surface data of sample part, multiple scanning of measuring process is usually required to adapt to the configuration of the part. This paper introduces a data set sign method based on three datum-points which are measured repeatedly in different coordinate systems to formulate the transform matrix for data mapping. This paper introduces in detail a means to Reversing Surface STL Format File from the 3D Discrete Data Cloud based on scanning beams.
