【Abstract】 Robert Frost,a modern American poet,is skilled in lyric poetry. His poems are rich in symbols,Philosophy and local favor.His famous poem,“Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening”,is full of charm and life philosophy.Tired of earthly life,“1”stop by woods on a snowy evening,longing to move towards the other shore of life in the woods filling up with snow.However,the deep woods,the darkest snowy evening,the sound of wind and harness bells arouse his indelible life desires and make him feel that the time of his long sleep hasn’t come yet.
