足月妊娠胎盘钙化区的超微结构

【摘要】 目的 :比较足月妊娠胎盘钙化区与无钙化区超微结构特点 ,探讨胎盘老化的特征。方法 :10例 4 0孕周胎盘 ,每例均于其钙化区及非钙化区取材、制样 ,电子显微镜观察。结果 :与无钙化区相比 ,足月妊娠胎盘钙化区的超微结构特征有 :绒毛合体滋养细胞微绒毛变形、减少 ;绒毛基底膜与血管之间胶原纤维增多 ,并形成胶原纤维结节 ,压迫绒毛上皮 ;绒毛合体细胞凋亡增加 ;基底膜增厚。结论 :绒毛上皮基底膜与血管壁之间胶原纤维的增多和沉积可能是胎盘钙化区处母 -儿物质交换功能减退的原因。

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the difference between calcification area and non-calcification area and to find the ultrastructural feature of calcificational placental area. Methods:Using electron microscopy to observe ten cases uterogestationtal placenta,each placenta was divided into calcification area and non-calcificational area for collecting samples.Results: The following features in calcification area were found:Microvilli of placental villus syncytial cells were decreased significantly and lost normal shape;the collagen fibria between the basemembrane and blood vessels increased and became collagen fibria knot to press the villus epithelial cells;villus syncytical cell apoptosis increased and basemembrane became thicker .Conclusion:A lot of collagen fibria deposited between basemembrane and blood vessels was probably important reason of placental functional obstacles in material transportion between maternal blood and fetal blood.
