竹集成材铣削过程中断屑器的设计与研究
Design and research of chip breaker used in the planing process for bamboo gluelam panel
【摘要】 竹集成材在纵向尤其在弦向切削时极易发生挖切现象,影响产品的外观及质量,而采用断屑器是减少挖切的有效方法。本次试验重点研究断屑器的尺寸因素对试件加工表面粗糙度的影响,找出显著影响因素,为以后的研究提供一定的依据。
【Abstract】 Dig out always happens in the planing process of bamboo gluelam panel especially in the tangential direction,affecting the surface appearance and quality of products.An effective solution is to use chip breakers to reduce dig out.The test in this paper focuses on the influence of the size factors of chip breakers on the surface quality of testing parts,getting the dominant factors and providing reference for future research.
