圆锯片轴向多点加压适张及振动模态分析
Tensioning method of many areas of circular saw exerted axial pressure on and it’s vibration modal analysis
【摘要】 提出一种新的圆锯片适张方法——轴向多点加压适张。通过振动模态分析实验表明压点的分布和压力的大小对锯片各阶振动固有频率都有明显的影响,其振型及各阶振动固有频率的变化趋势初步证明这是一种有研究前景和应用价值的圆锯片适张方法。
【Abstract】 The article puts forward a new method of circular saw tensioning that is to exerted axial pressure on many areas of surfaces of circular saw. By experiment of vibration modal analysis to circular saws, it is showed that the pressure value and distribution exerting pressure areas on surfaces of circular saw have remarkable effect on vibration modal and inherent frequency, and proved preliminarily that the tensioning method has good research prospect and applied value.
