分光光度法测定血液制品生产过程中的乙醇含量
Determination of ethanol content by spertrophotometry in the processing of blood preparation
【摘要】 目的 建立血液制品生产过程中乙醇含量的测定方法。方法 在酸性条件下曙红与乙醇反应显橙色 ,被疏水有机溶剂提取后 ,用分光光度法测定乙醇含量。结果 在 480nm处有机相吸收值与乙醇含量 (≤ 45 % )呈正切函数关系。结论 用该法对血液制品生产过程中各组分悬浊液和上清液中乙醇含量进行了测定。结果表明 ,该法具有快速、准确、操作简便和重复性好等优点
【Abstract】 Objective To determinate the method for detection ethanol content in the processing of blood `preparation.Methods Eosin Y and ethanol reacted on acid condition to produce an orange compound which can be extracted by hydrophobic organic solvent and the ethanol content can be detected with spertrophotometry.Results There is tangent function relation between organic solvent optical density and ethanol concentration(≤45%).Conclusion The method was used to determinate ethanol content in every suspension and supernatant in the processing of blood preparation, the result showed the method is fast, accurate, convenient and a better repeaty.
