【摘要】 目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 - 9(MMP - 9)在胃癌中表达的意义。方法　采用免疫组化S -P法对 47例胃癌组织和 1 0例正常胃组织进行MMP - 9的检测。结果　 1 0例正常胃组织只有一例MMP -9阳性表达 ,47例胃癌组织中MMP - 9阳性表达率为 91 .5 % ( 4 3/47) ,MMP - 9的表达强度与胃癌患者淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 5 )、浆膜浸润相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　MMP - 9可作为判断胃癌恶性生物学行为的标记物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in gastric carcinoma.Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of MMP-9.Results The expression of MMP-9 was detected in one specimen of nomal gastric tissue,the positive signals rate in gastric carcinoma was 91.5%(43/47).The expression intensity of MMP-9 correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)and serosal invasion(P<0.01).Conclusion The results suggests that MMP-9 might be important marker for determining the malignant biological behavor of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
