壁面粗糙度对大间隙环流静特性的影响(英文)

【摘要】 基于紊流整体流动理论和Moody壁面摩擦系数方程,建立了分析大间隙环流静特性的理论模型.首先采用该模型简化了大间隙环流三维流场非线性偏微分控制方程,然后采用摄动方法推导了零阶摄动方程,并采用数值方法求解了大间隙环流的静特性.数值计算结果表明壁面粗糙度对大间隙环流静特性有很大的影响,转子和静子壁面粗糙度对静态力和静态压力的影响相反.

【Abstract】 A theoretical model, based on the turbulent bulk flow theory and the Moody wall friction coefficient equation, is developed for analyzing the static characteristics of large-gap annular flow in this paper. The 3D nonlinear partial differential equations of the annular flow field are simplified by this model firstly, and then the zero-order perturbation equations are derived by the perturbation method and the static characteristics are finally obtained with a numerical method. The numerical results show that the wall roughness has great effects on the static characteristics of large-gap annular flow, and the effects of rotor and stator wall roughness on the static force and static pressure are oppositional.
