【Abstract】 Confucius provided a model to study individual behavior according to"knowing what he wants, how he does and what makes he satisfied ". The model includes all kinds of study results about individual behavior. The study on people’s needs and motivation is put on the first place in studying behavior regularity. The characteristic of the model is to emphasize whether it is possible to control needs and behavior which can meet needs, whether it is possible to persist in orthodox in satisfying needs, and to pay attention to do’s and don’ts.更多还原
