【Abstract】 Volumetric gas analyzer is a common kind of instrument used in thermal measurement. But due to its specialties in design and manufacture, metering errors often occur, which takes rather negative effects on measurement analysis and researches. This paper offers several methods to improve the precision of volumetric gas analyzer: eliminating manufacturing errors,the body of the graduated cylinder decreasing the oxidation of solution and correct operation of instruments to decrease analytical errors.
