提高容积式气体分析仪精度的几种方法
Methods to Improve the Precision of Volumetricgas Analyzer
【摘要】 容积式气体分析仪是各类热工测试常用仪器 .由于该仪器在设计及制造方面的一些特点 ,使其在使用中经常出现误差 ,这对测试分析与研究影响较大 .提出了提高容积式气体分析仪精度的几种方法 :消除筒体制造误差 ;减少溶液氧化 ;正确使用仪器减少分析误差 .这些方法的运用和研究水平的提高具有重要意义
【Abstract】 Volumetric gas analyzer is a common kind of instrument used in thermal measurement. But due to its specialties in design and manufacture, metering errors often occur, which takes rather negative effects on measurement analysis and researches. This paper offers several methods to improve the precision of volumetric gas analyzer: eliminating manufacturing errors,the body of the graduated cylinder decreasing the oxidation of solution and correct operation of instruments to decrease analytical errors. The application of these methods and the improvement of the research level is of great significance.
