PEX、PP-R和PAP管局部水力损失的实验研究

【摘要】 通过对交联聚乙烯 (PEX)、三型聚丙烯 (PP -R)和铝塑复合 (PAP)管水力损失的实验研究 ,提出了工程设计中PEX、PAP的局部水力损失按其沿程损失的 2 5 %~ 6 5 %计算 ,而PP -R管局部水力损失按其沿程损失的15 %~ 35 %计算较为合理 ;同时对三种塑料管的沿程水力损失与钢管的沿程水力损失也进行了比较 ,提出PEX、PAP和PP -R管的沿程水力损失比钢管的水力损失至少要小 30 % ,当流速超过 1.1m/s以上时三种塑料管的水力损失不到钢管水力损失的 4 5 %

【Abstract】 By studying the experiment on the hydraulic loss of the Polyproylene pipeline(PP-R) and Polyethylene-Aluminum-Polyethylene (PAP).We put forward that part hydraulic loss of PEX、PAP is 25%~65% of lining hydraulic loss and the PP-R’S part hydraulic loss is 15%~33% of lining hydraulic loss in engineering design.As the same time,compared these three kinds of plastic pipe’s lining hydraulic loss with steel pipe’s, It’s proved that the former is below 30% than steel pipe’s at least.And when velocity exceeds 1.1 m/s,hydraulic loss of three kinds plastic pipes is than less 45% of steel pipe’s.
