【摘要】 目的　探讨老年人肺癌与血清胆固醇水平的关系。方法　收集 1996～ 2 0 0 1年间老年肺癌住院患者 79例 ,对血清胆固醇水平等临床资料进行分析 ,并与肺部良性疾病进行比较。结果　老年肺癌组患者血清胆固醇浓度显著低于肺部良性疾病组 (P <0 0 1)。老年肺癌组胆固醇浓度随着病情恶化逐渐降低 (P <0 0 1)。死亡前 1个月内 10 0 %低于肺部良性疾病组平均值。结论　老年肺癌组患者血清胆固醇浓度比肺部良性疾病组显著降低 ,以死亡前 1个月内更为明显 ,这种变化可能对老年肺癌患者的生存时间有预测意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the association between lung cancer and serum cholesterol levels in elderly patients.Methods The clinical materials,including serum cholesterol levels,were analyzed in 79 elderly cases of lung cancer,and compared to a control group of 40 patients with lung benign diseases.In the month before decease the obtainable clinical materials were analyzed in part of patients too.Results The serum cholesterol level was significantly lower in the elderly patients with lung cancer than that in patients with lung benign diseases(P<0.01).Triglycerides level was lower in the elderly patients with lung cancer(P>0.05).Before died,the serum cholesterol levels were gradually decreased in the elderly patients with lung cancer(P<0.01),the positive rates below the average in patients with lung benign diseases and low limit of normal range were gradually in creased in patients with lung cancer.In the patients dying month the positive rate below the average of cholesterol in patients with lung benign diseases were 100% in patients with lung cancer.Conclusion The serum cholesterol level is significantly decreased in the elderly patients with lung cancer than that in patients with lung benign diseases and especially low in the month before dying.The change could have predictable value on survival term of the elderly patients with lung cancer.更多还原
