【摘要】 目的　探讨老年糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗与脂代谢紊乱之间的关系。方法　测定 118例老年糖尿病患者空腹血糖、血脂、载脂蛋白、胰岛素并与 90例非糖尿病人作对照 ,糖尿病患者被分为胰岛素抵抗组与非胰岛素抵抗组。结果　①胰岛素抵抗组的TG、CH、LDL、VLDL水平与非糖尿病人组及非胰岛素抵抗组相比显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;②非胰岛素抵抗组与非糖尿病组相比CH明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　老年糖尿病胰岛素抵抗与脂代谢紊乱密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investgate the relationship between insulin resistance(IR) and dyslipidemia in aged patients with diabetes(DM).Methods 118 aged patients with DM and 90 nondiabetic patients were studied and their fasting levels of blood lipid,apolipoprotein(apo),serum insulin(Ins),plasma glucose(PG) were measured,at the same time,patients with DM were divided into IR group and Non-IR group.Results ①The levels of triglycerin(TG),cholesterol(CH),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),very low-density lipoprotein(VLDL) were increased singnificantly in IR group compared with Non-IR group and non-DM group(P<0.01);②The level of CH in Non-IR was higher than that in non-DM group(P<0.05),but the others had no singnificant change in Non-IR group compared with non-DM group.Conclusion Insulin resistance is remarkably correlated with dyslipidemia in aged patients with DM.更多还原
