【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of sur gical treatment for bronchogenic carcinoma associated with pleural effusion. Methods A retropective review of clinical rate of 18 cases lung cancer with pleural fusion had been operated. Results Postoperative relief rates of clinical manifestation and pleural effu sion were 83% and 89% respectively. Conclusions The pneumonectomy with pleurodesis is a good mathod with less trauma and advantages for bronchogenic carcinoma associated with cancerous plural effusion.更多还原
