【摘要】 目的　测定中高度非何杰金氏淋巴瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的数量。方法　采用酶免疫染色技术对 2 6例中高度非何杰金氏淋巴瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行测定并与 30例健康对照者进行比较。结果　患者组CD3下降 (P<0 0 1) ,CD4下降 (P <0 0 1) ,CD8升高 (P <0 0 1) ,CD4 /CD8下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论　中高度非何杰金氏淋巴瘤患者免疫失调 ,细胞免疫功能下降更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assay the amount of T lymph oc yte subpopulations in peripheral blood of patients with intermediate and high gr ade non Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulations we re investigated by using enzymoimmunostaining in 26 patients with intermediate and high grade non Hodgkin lymphoma and in 30 normal subjects. Results The level of CD3?CD4 was lower in patients’ group than that in normal controls( P <0 01) and the level of CD8 was higher in patients’ gro up than that in normal controls( P <0.01).The ratio of CD4/CD8 was lower in patients than that in normal controls( P <0.01). Conclusions The results suggest that there is disturbance of i mmunologic balance and decrease of cellular mediate immunity in patients with in termediate and high grade non Hodgkin lymphoma.更多还原
