【摘要】 目的:从放射学角度探讨Orion钢板在颈椎前路短节段融合术中的应用价值。方法:随访分析21例钢板组及20例对照组病人的放射学资料,进行内固定物相关并发症、颈椎结构及功能方面的对比评价。结果:无严重内固定失败发生,钢板内固定能增加融合率,与对照组相比在维持颈椎前柱高度、颈椎生理曲度、融合角方面有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);但在改善颈椎运动功能方面与对照组差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:前路钢板在颈椎短节段融合术中有明显的优势,但是否为必需,有待进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the v al ue of Orion anterior cervical plate fixation in anterior cervical oligo-segm ental fu-sion by radiological evaluation.Methods :To compare the internal fi xation material-related complications,the structural and functional difference s of cervical vertebrae by follow up the radiological data of 21patients with plate fixation and20patients as control.Results:No serious internal fixati on failure occurs,plate fixation can increase fusion rate and have statistical signifi-cance in sustaining the height of anterior cervical column,cervical alignment,and the fusion angle (P<0.05),but it can not ef-fectively improve its function(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anterior plate fixation is de finitely superior to the conventional fusion,but whether it is absolutely ess ential or not,it needs further investigation.更多还原
