【摘要】 目的:采用内支架置入的方法姑息性治疗食管恶性狭窄及食管支气管瘘。方法:12例食管癌所致食管狭窄患者,经口置入带膜自膨式金属支架14枚。结果:12例内支架置入后吞咽功能明显改善,2例合并食管支气管瘘的患者瘘口消失。随访2～6个月,除1例于1周时因消化道大出血死亡外其余均未出现再狭窄。结论:食管内支架置入术简单、安全,近期疗效明显,无严重并发症,是食管癌性狭窄和食管瘘的一种良好姑息性治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of applica ti on of self-expending stent in malignant esophageal stenosis and esophago-br ancheal fistula.Methods:Fourteen self-expending stents were transorally impla nted in12patients with esophageal carcinoma.Results:Swallowing capacity impr oved significantly in all the12patients.The fistula disappeared in2patients of esophago-brancheal fistula.Following of 6months shows no recurrent sten osis.Conclusion:Clinical application of self-expending stent is safe,relat ively simple and effective in the treatment of malignant esophageal stenosis .更多还原
