【摘要】 目的:探讨脑膜瘤螺旋CT(SCT)三维重建、血管成像的临床应用价值。材料与方法:脑膜瘤20例,采用东芝Xvision/GESCT机行平扫,增强扫描,层厚5mm,2mm层厚三维重建、血管成像,包括表面成像(SSD)及最大密度投影(MIP)。结果:20例患者均获得满意SCTA图像,肿瘤内部及表面结构、供血血管显示清晰。结论:脑膜瘤SCTA诊断效果佳,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical value of meningioma with SCT 3D reconstruction CTA.Materials and Methods:Twenty patients of meningioma were diagnosed with Xvision/GE SCT plain scan,contrast scan of 5mm slice thickness,2mm 3D reconstruction CTA,including shaded surface display(SSD) and maximum intensity projection(MIP).Results:Twenty patients get satisfactory CTA images.The internal and surface structure and supplying blood vessel of tumor were demonstrated very well.Conclusions:The diagnostic effect of 3D reconstruction image of CTA of meningioma is very good,which has perfect clinical value.更多还原
