哮喘患儿胰岛素、胰高血糖素和血糖水平测定
The level of insulin,glucagon and blood glucose in asthmatic children
【摘要】 目的 探讨不同哮喘状态下哮喘患儿的胰岛素、胰高血糖素和血糖水平及临床意义。 方法 5~ 12岁的儿童被选作研究对象 ,分为非急性发作期 4组和急性发作期 4组。应用放射免疫法测定上述儿童的胰岛素、胰高血糖素水平 ,氧化法测定血糖水平。结果进行方差分析。 结果 非急性发作期正常对照、轻中度哮喘和缓解期 3组儿童的 3个检测指标之间无明显差别 ;而重度哮喘组胰岛素和血糖水平较其他 3组明显升高 ,胰高血糖素则明显减低。急性发作期正常对照、轻度哮喘组儿童的 3个检测指标之间无明显差别 ;而中、重度哮喘组胰岛素和血糖水平较其他两组明显升高 ,胰高血糖素则明显减低。 结论 发作期中、重度哮喘的患儿在治疗过程中 ,可能会引起机体胰岛素和糖代谢紊乱 ,加重哮喘和诱发糖尿病。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the state of glucose metabolism in asthmatic children and its clinical significance,by evaluating the level of insulin,glucagon and blood glucose on different states of asthmatic children.Methods The 5~12 year old children were selected as subjects of study.They were divided into two classes:acute phase and non-acute phase.Each phase included four groups.The serum level of insulin,glucagon was measured by radioimmunoassay method;blood glucose concentration was measured by glucose oxidizing-method.The results were analysed by SPSS data software.Results In non-acute phase, the level of insulin,glucagon and blood glucose was similar to placebo-controll group,mild-moderate asthmatic group and remission group;but in severe asthmatic group, insulin and blood glucose were increased; glucagon was decreased, as compared with other three groups.in acute phase, the level of insulin,glucagon and blood glucose was similar to placebo-controll group and mild asthmatic group,but in moderate and severe asthmatic group, insulin and blood glucose were increased and glucagon was decreased, as compared with other two groups.Conclusion Moderate and severe asthma can induce disturbances of insulin secretion,deteriorate asthma and induce rise of blood glucose.
