人体发中锌含量的吸光光度法测定

【摘要】 用锌试剂与锌的反应,以分光光度法测定人体发中锌的含量.在pH值为9.0的条件下,使锌与锌试剂反应,在623.6nm波长处检测.对锌标准试剂测定,线性范围为(0.08~2.40)×10-6,线性相关系数为0.99.以3σ方法测定检出限为0.0327×10-6,以标准加入法测定回收率为95%~102%.文中对相关的反应条件进行了讨论,建立了对锌检测的方法,并以此方法对实际试样进行检测,结果良好.

【Abstract】 Abstract Zincon is a sensitive reagent for copper and zinc Zincon is often used as the colour reagent for the Spectrophtometric determination of copper and zinc. In this paper, we only discuss the reaction between the zinc and zincon. Zincon reacts with zinc at pH 9.0 to form a blue complex. At the wavelength of 623.6nm, the absor-bance of compels is the biggest. The calibration graph linear is the range 0.2 ~ 2. 4μg/ml for the complex. A good recovery of zinc is obtained. This method is applied to the determination of zinc in human hair sample. The result of the proposed method is satisfied.
