【摘要】 本文从理论上对新建项目从固定资产投资估算到整个经济效益分析全过程进行了详细论证, 确保企业投资的决策性、方向性和可行性。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses economic benefit theoretically from fixed assets investment estimation to whole economic performance whole process detailed, insure investment decision, direction and possibility.
