【Abstract】 The article is based on the theory of Eastern public economics,and puts forward questions on viewpoints about the quality of public forestry.The passage suggests public forest in public forestry is not merely pure public goods,and discusses the productive and consumptive quality of public forestry.It also analyses the way of resolving public forestry externality,then attempts to establish a best model of intervening forestry by our government,on which more effective market mechanism is the ultimate target of government propping.更多还原
