桃花粉发芽力的观察

【摘要】 以武井白凤、晓和八幡白凤桃为试材 ,用 1 0 %蔗糖、0 .8%琼脂培养基进行花粉发芽试验。结果表明 :供试品种花粉发芽率高低的顺序为武井白凤 >晓 >八幡白凤 ,花粉发芽率分别为 68.9%、5 3 .3 %和3 0 .6%。 3个品种的花粉管长度无显著差异。在培养基中添加硫酸锌、硼酸钠、钼酸铵、氯化锰等矿质元素 ,对花粉发芽有抑制作用 ;培养基中添加 0 .1mg/L油菜内酯素 (BR)可使桃花粉发芽力有不同程度的提高 ;温度对桃花粉发芽力的影响最大 ,以 2 2℃、3 2℃发芽力较高。

【Abstract】 Culture of pollens of three peach varieties on a medium amended with 10% sucrose and 0.8% agar showed that the germinating abilities of Bise, Akatsuki and Haban were 68.9%, 53.3% and 30.6%, respectively, but the lengths of their pollen tubes had no obvious difference. The medium supplemented with ZnSO 4, Na 2B 4O 7, (NH 4) 6Mo 7O 24 , or MnCl 2 restrained pollen germination, but supplemented with BR at 0.1mg/L could improve germinating ability. Temperature had the greatest effect on peach pollen germinating ability. It has got a higher germinating rate, when the temperature was adjusted to 22℃(for Bise, Akatsuki) and 32℃ (for Haban).
