【摘要】 介绍了1种新型晶闸管散热装置的设计方案,通过三维稳态导热的数值计算.研究了换热器冷却芯在不同工况下的温度场.

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new type design scheme of heat exchanger for thyristors, through numerical calculation of three-dimension steady heat conduction under different working conditions studies the temperature distributions in cooling core.
