【摘要】 在学习了原地背弓过杆技术 ,助跑起跳和助跑起跳过杆技术后 ,其完整技术动作效果往往都不太理想 ,出现了起跳坐杆、起跳时倒体过早、侧体过杆、收腹举腿过早过晚等现象 .我们经过多年教学实践 ,总结出了应用低起点“放射法”于背越式跳高教学中 ,通过让学生紧紧抓住起跳技术 ,由其辐射起跳技术前后环节动作的教学方法 ,对高校普通学生基本掌握背越式跳高技术 ,取得了良好效果更多还原

【Abstract】 After learning the skills of on spot plopping to pass the bar, running jump and running take off to conquer the bar, we have found the effects of the whole approaches often unsatisfactary. There occur some phemomena such as touching the bar jumping, early leaning while jumping, sideways passing the bar and too early straining abdomen and raising legs, etc. Many years of teachig practice enables us to summarize up a low starting level of "radiation method" applied to the teaching of the back style high jump.By way of making the students master the high jump skills, we resort to this to radiate series of other skills of movements before or after the high jump. The aforesaid endeavours have brought excellent effects in teaching the common students to generally master the back style high jump.更多还原
