【Abstract】 The examination and approvement of the manuscripts made by the experts is an important link to check the level of the paper ,to decide the acceptance of a manuscript and guarantee the quality of the journals. This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of the Data Bank of the experts who examine and approve the manuscripts for the scientific and technical journals and magazines produced in Hanan Province, the conditions for the experts to be registered in the Data Bank, and also puts forward some methods and measures to set up the Data Bank and carry out a dynamic management of the Data Bank.更多还原
