【摘要】 目的探讨Ⅲa期肺癌术中放疗方法及疗效。方法１６例Ⅲa期肺癌患者，行手术根治＋术中放疗及化疗。术中照射瘤床及淋巴引流区，６～９MeV，１０～２０Gy 。术后行MVP方案化疗。设同期对照２２例单纯手术＋化疗。结果照射组及对照组随访超过６０个月。术中放疗组１年生存率５６．３％，３年生存率３１．３％，５年生存率１９．４％。对照组１年生存率５４．５％，３年生存率２７．３％，５年生存率１３．６％，与术中放疗组比较差异无显著性意义（x２＝０．１３，P＞０．０５）。两个组手术并发症差异无显著性意义（P＞０．５０）。术中放疗组中一例术后出现应激性消化道溃疡，行根治术后第二天DIC，死亡。结论肺癌术中放疗可作为综合治疗方法之一，提高疗效，值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effectiveness and feasibility of Intraoperative Radiation Therapy(IORT)forⅢa lung carcinoma.Methods 16cases ofⅢa lung carcinoma received IORT and ch emo -therapy.Target included tumou r bed and draining lymphatic areas,6～9Me V,10～20Gy.After operation they rec eived chemo -therapy of MVP.Another group of22patients treated by operation plu s chemo -therapy without IORT during the same period served as control.Results The1-,3-and 5-year survival rates were56.3%,31.3%and 19.4%respectively in the IORT group.In the other group,they were 54.5%,27.3%and 13.6%.There is no significant difference between t hese two groups(x2 =0.13,P>0.05).Conclusions IORT,as one of the methods of combined treatment for lung carcinoms,its b enefit warrants further investiga-tion.更多还原
