【摘要】 目的 :为针对胃肠道自主神经瘤这种少见肿瘤积累临床病理资料。方法 :收集 1例患者的临床资料 ,对其肠道切除和肝取材组织进行HE、网织纤维、NF和Synapsin等多种指标的常规、特染及免疫组化染色以及电镜观察。结果 :多方面资料说明此例符合胃肠道自主神经瘤诊断。注意到该肿瘤生长虽较慢 ,但似乎较易转移 ,这有别于其它胃肠道间质瘤。结论 :临床上对这种少见恶性肿瘤应尽早发现 ,及时获得病理诊断结果 ,而且还有待积累更多的病例资料更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To accumulate the clinicopathologic data of gastrointestinal autonomic nerve tumor, a rare tumor. Methods: The clinical material of one case of GANT was gathered, the resected intestinal and hepatic tissues were stained routinely, histochemically and immunohistochemically and observed under electron microscopy. Results: The data from several aspects indicate the this case is diagnostically coasistant with GANT. And it is noticed that this kind of tumor grows slowly, but is likely to metastasize, a feature different from other gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Conclusion: This rare kind of malignant tumor should be clinically noticed and pathologically diagnosed as early as possible. And more data are needed to deepen the understanding of this rare case.更多还原
