【摘要】 目的 :探讨血清白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)在性传播疾病的诊断中的价值。方法 :应用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测 4 0例性病患者和 4 0例正常人血清IL - 8水平 ,并将结果判断的特异性及敏感性与病原体培养、镜检的结果作比较。结果 :性病患者血清IL - 8水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其结果的敏感性较高。结论 ::血清IL - 8的检测对于性传播疾病的诊断有一定的参考价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectire: To investigate the value of IL-8 in diagnosis of STD. Method:By using double antibodies sandwich ELISA, interleukin-8 concentration in serum of 40 patients with sexually transmitted diseases and of 40 normal men was detected. The specificity and sensitiveness of this diacritical result were compared with that of pathogen cultivation and micrography. Result: The serum IL-8 levels of STD group were obviously higher than those in normal contrast group(P<0.05), and this diagnosis had superior specificity and sensitiveness. Conclusion: IL-8 might play an important role in immunological injury caused by STD, therefore it may be considered as a potential marker for the diagnosis of STD, and it can also be considered as a marker of inflammatory development.更多还原
