【摘要】 本文介绍用蒸煮法从玉米芯中提取木聚糖的研究。结果表明 ,粉碎至 5mm大小颗粒的玉米芯用 0 .1%H2 SO4 在 6 0℃条件下浸泡 12h ,滤去浸泡液 ,然后加水至固液比为 1∶10 ,于 12 0℃下蒸煮 6 0min ,木聚糖的提取率可达 2 0 % ,且提取液的还原糖与总糖质量之比小于 38%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported extraction of xylan from corncob by steaming. The results showed corncob of 5mm by crashing was soaked in 0.1% H 2SO 4 at 60℃ for 12h, followed by filtrating and steamed 120℃ for 60 min (100g corncob in 1000 ml water). The yield of xylan obtained was about 20% and the RS/TS was less than 38% by steaming.更多还原
