【摘要】 目的　了解充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)治疗中 β受体阻滞剂使用现状 ,提高用药水平。方法　对一年来广东省人民医院心内科、心外科 986例CHF病例作横断面调查 ,依据CHF治疗指南并结合最新循证医学的证据对用药情况作客观评估。结果　美托洛尔、卡维地洛、比索洛尔分占 1～3位 ,其他药物很少使用。结论　反映了近几年来国内外在CHF药物治疗方面的新认识和新进展 ,但在心功能失代偿的住院病人中存在一定的滥用倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the usage situation of Beta blockers in CHF for the improvement of therapy. Methods To investigate the drug therapies of 986 CHF patients in cardiology department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital.Then the use of Beta Blockers in CHF was assessed according to guidelines of congestive heart failure and evidence based medicine. Results The used drugs from 1st to 3rd were: metoprolol,carvedilol,bisoprolol,and other used drugs were very few.Conclusion The results reflected the progress and new knowledge of the drug therapy in CHF,but there was a trend of abuse in some with discompensative with heart function.更多还原
