【摘要】 介绍了公制轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层钢丝帘线存在的问题、发展趋势以及 2 +2× 0 30HT开放式结构高强度钢丝帘线的性能和应用。公制轻型载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘线由复杂排列紧密型结构向简单开放式结构 ,由单丝直径较小、根数较多向单丝直径较大、根数较少 ,由普通强度向超超高强度方向发展。与 1× 5× 0 2 5和 3+9×0 2 2传统紧密型结构钢丝帘线相比 ,2 +2× 0 30HT开放式结构高强度钢丝帘线的物理性能、挤出和压延工艺性能、轮胎成品性能好 ,价格低 ,适用于公制轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems and trends of the steel cord in belt of radial light truck tire are presented,and the properties and application of the high tensile steel cord with 2+2×0.30 HT open structure are described.The normal tensile steel cord with compact structure and more ends of thinner filaments are being replaced by the high tensile steel cord with open structure and less ends of thicker filaments in the belt of radial light truck tire.Compared to the normal steel cords with 1×5×0.25 or 3+9×0.22 compact structure,the high tensile steel cord with 2+2×0.30 HT open structure features better physical properties,extruding and calendering behaviors,performance of finished tire and lower price.更多还原
