【摘要】 对低纤型 1790dtex/2锦纶 66浸渍帘布替代 1870dtex/2锦纶 66浸渍帘布在轮胎中的应用进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用低纤型 1790dtex/2锦纶 66浸渍帘布生产的 10 0 0 -2 0 16PR轮胎的静负荷性能、压穿强度均符合国家标准 ,耐久性能达到国家A级产品水平 ,每条轮胎可降低成本 1 6元。更多还原

【Abstract】 The replacement of the dipped 1870dtex/2 nylon 66 cord by the low linear density 1790dtex/2 nylon 66 cord in bias truck tire was investigated.The results showed that the static load capacity and plunger energy of 10 00-20 16PR tire made with the low linear density 1790dtex/2 nylon 66 cord met with the requirements in relevant national standards,and its endurance reached the level of national A grade for tire product;and the cost of each tire reduced by 1.6 RMB yuan.更多还原
