论人才战略与企业的可持续发展
On the talent strategy and the sustainable development of the enterprises
【摘要】 在激烈的市场竞争中 ,尤其是面对着不断变化的市场需求 ,企业如何立足 ?任何产品、任何先进的技术和工艺、任何科学的管理经营方式 ,无一例外都离不开高的人力资本。人才是企业存在的基础 ,是企业可持续发展的基础。企业之间的竞争日益表现为对于人才的争夺 ,在分析外企人才本土化战略的基础上 ,提出国内企业制订科学合理的人才战略。
【Abstract】 The present paper presents the talent strategy for China′s domestic enterprises to make scientific and resonable talent strategy.
