【Abstract】 The present paper makes a comparative analysis of the effects (positive effect and negative effect) of the two means cracking down on drug trading:high duty and control.The combined use of the two is better than either of the two in effect.The writer of the paper tries to find out the way to decide the optimum tax rate when the combined means is used.更多还原
