分离机械在金隆公司废酸处理中的应用
Application of separating machinery to disposal of waste acid from sulphuric acid plant in Jinlong
【摘要】 介绍 375kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置废酸处理系统的分离机械———石膏脱水离心机 ,铜、砷滤饼压滤机和硫酸中和渣回转真空过滤机。对使用过程出现的主要故障进行分析 ,提出相应的解决办法
【Abstract】 Separating machinery for disposal of waste acid from a 375 kt/a sulphuric acid plant is described,including centrifuge for dehydration of gypsum,pressure filter for copper and arsenic bearing slurry and rotary vacuum filter for slurry from neutralization of sulphuric acid The main breakdowns encountered during operation are analyzed and corresponding measures are proposed
