臭氧熏蒸对储粮品质的影响

【Abstract】 Ozone was used as a fumigant for corn,wheat and paddy to prevent stored grain insects.Germination,fatty acid value and so on of tested corn,wheat and paddy were determined and compared.The results showed that the quality of the tested grain had a slightly decline,but not obviously.
